Extreme should include a Table of Contents section in their release notes, especially when the document is 156 pages long.

Extreme should include a Table of Contents section in their release notes, especially when the document is 156 pages long. Likewise, when viewing the PDF there should be bookmarks for each section so navigating the document is easier.
