Hi everyone,
I’m currently exploring options for a Leadership Development Training program for our management team. We're a growing organization with a mix of new and experienced leaders, and we want to invest in something that helps strengthen leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
During my research, I came across Wilson Learning and their offerings like Leading for Performance and The Leader Manager. They seem to have a strong track record in leadership and sales training, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has gone through their programs.
A few questions:
How practical and actionable is their leadership training?
Did your managers see noticeable improvement in performance or team dynamics?
How customizable is their content to specific industries or company culture?
Any comparison to other providers like FranklinCovey, Korn Ferry, or Dale Carnegie?
Any feedback or recommendations for other top leadership development training providers would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
