Twitter: Extract a number of users by categories and the volume of follower

I am not a developer, but a researcher. Are there any list of top 5000 ranks filter by higher volume of followers? or any related websites it listed twitter ranks by categories and the volume of followers? I want to know how many musicians who has 30,000-50,000 followers on twitter. Wondering if I can extract certain number of users based on categories "Musicians" and the specific volume of folloewrs . Please help me out and Thanks!
