I have some spare equipment from an extreme deployment, I need some additional AV equipment for another project that is only available for sale (old planar screens) on eBay.    transunioncredit

Can I de-register my equipment that we aren’t using from my account? It doesn’t seem like I can do it, but maybe I’m missing a setting or an option somewhere.

This isn’t possible.

As per policy and system records, an asset remains registered to the user/company that originally purchased the device through an authorized reseller. There isn’t a setting or option that allows the users to simply de-register equipment that is no longer in use.

For a new user/ one who purchase used products:

Asset ownership can only be transferred from one company to another by purchasing a service agreement or service contract. To proceed with re-registering the asset under a different organization, user will need to contact the Sales Team, who can guide you through the available service options and the required transfer process:

Please also note that all downloads (licenses, firmware images, etc.) are serial number–specific. The support portal validates warranty status, user credentials, and contract details before granting access, so registration and entitlement must be properly aligned in the system.
