I have some spare equipment from an extreme deployment, I need some additional AV equipment for another project that is only available for sale (old planar screens) on eBay.
Can I de-register my equipment that we aren’t using from my account? It doesn’t seem like I can do it, but maybe I’m missing a setting or an option somewhere.

Once we have the below required details, we will review and assist accordingly.
1. The exact product model of the equipment you are trying to deregister.
2. The ExtremeCloud IQ account/organization the device is currently registered under.
3. Whether the device is still adopted, managed, or online in XIQ, or if it has already been removed.
4. Whether this equipment was part of a previous customer environment, MSP deployment, or demo project.
5. Any error messages you encounter when attempting to deregister the device.
6. The serial number(s) of the equipment.
