VLAN configuration on Policy Mapping ( XMC and XOS 440G2 )

Good afternoon, in our lab ( AP_MANET_POLICY ) i can configure the Vlan,

why to the customer ( TVCC_TORBA ) not ?

I do MAC authentication local on NAC.
