Register for access to the Extreme Support Portal
We strongly recommend that you register for your Extreme Support Portal account starting January 3, 2022 to get access to support on Ipanema products. Please use your corporate email address when registering for any Extreme Networks support tools. The support portal is your one-stop-shop to manage any support tickets, see your contracts and registered assets, and search our extensive knowledge base for how-to and other help guides.
Getting Support on Ipanema Products
As of January 17, 2022, please log in to the Extreme Support Portal to open, track, and manage your cases and RMA's. If you need to speak with the Extreme Networks Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) support directly, please use the appropriate number based on your location listed here.
