"Invalid Login" in Extreme Game Center app on iPhone

I am unable to sign in to the Extreme Game Center app on my phone. I can successfully sign in to the https://extremeportal.force.com website, but when I try to sign in as an Extreme partner through the app and am redirected to the same website, after I successfully sign in, I am redirected back to the app, see a short loading circle animation, and get an "Invalid Sign In" message. If I intentionally enter incorrect credentials, I already get the expected error message on the website, not in the app.

I have already tried to reset my password, but the app continues to show me the error message.

This loop typically happens when the mobile app fails to properly handle the OAuth/SAML token callback or session cookie passed back from the web portal authentication. Even though your credentials are correct and authenticate fine in a standard browser, the app's internal redirect URI or token parser is likely rejecting the active session payload, resulting in the generic "Invalid Sign In" error. To fix this, try clearing the app's cache/data, reinstalling the app to reset deep-link handlers, or checking if an app update is available.

To change the country code assigned to your APs from United Kingdom (826) to United States (840), you'll typically need to request a region/regulatory domain change through the vendor's support team. today telenor answers For Aerohive/Extreme Networks devices, this change cannot usually be performed directly by the user because it affects the AP's regulatory settings. Opening a support case is the recommended approach, and if you don't have an active support contract, contacting the vendor's community support team may help facilitate the change.
