Difference between Part-No.: 10063 and 10067

Hi,

I'am looking for SPF Modul 100FX up to 2km MMF for X460-G2-48x-10GE4 or X460-G2-24x-10GE4 and I found Part-No.: 10063 and 10067.

But what is the difference between this parts?
