what static Ip should I assign to my computer to access above switch via web browser and what URL to browse ?
Currently I telnet to it via gateway assigned for vlan 2001 and type in commands .

If you can telnet then already you have the communication from the PC to the switch
You need to make sure web http is enabled in the switch.
"enable web http"
then you can just provide the VLAN 2001 ip address in a web browser to access the GUI.
