Why multicasting could work slow?

Why multicasting could work slow?

Hi, team,

I have Microsoft SCCM and WDS server with Windows images, X670 in the core and X430s on edges.

Multicast OS deployment constantly works vert slow, it's about 8Mbit/s only.

No multicast limits per port on X670, nor on SCCM side. Client PCs are fast enough (7th Intel generation).

ipforwarding and ipmcforwarding are enable for all required vlans.

What most likely could be the problem?

Many thanks in advance,

Ilya

P.S.

There is a tricky string in the X670's conf and I have no idea what to do with it:

configure forwarding ipmc lookup-key mixed-mode

Hi, NIckolay,

it's L3 multicast. There are no port congestions anywhere here.

I've found an article on Microsoft where they recommend to disable igmp snooping - https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/e710f12f-4c57-4a11-8163-393b8d73cc8a...

But I can't disable igmp snooping on X670 when ipmcforwarding is enaled.

Could you please explain that: "rx/tx- pause flow-control counters" What should I check exactly?

Thank you very much!
