Hi all
I have noticed that many links (most I'd say) point to documents that are not accessible on the original link anymore and I'm redirected to the extreme portal, where I can't find the original document, that was either referenced in a kb article or in a community post.
So I wanted to ask how do you access these documents? Are they forever lost? Is there a reason that extreme has migrated these documents and hasn't updated the links? It's really annoying, because the documentation is really inaccessible this way..
Thanks.

Hi there!
I totally understand your frustration with the accessibility of those documents. It can be really annoying when links lead to dead ends or redirect you to a portal without clear navigation.
When it comes to accessing those documents, here are a few suggestions:
Use the Search Function: If the Extreme portal has a search feature, try entering the title or keywords from the document you’re looking for. This might help you find the document even if the link is broken.
Check Community Forums: Sometimes, community members might have saved copies of the documents or might have alternate links. It can be helpful to post a request there.
Contact Support: If the documents are crucial for your work, reaching out to Extreme’s support team might yield results. They can often provide direct links or alternative resources.
Wayback Machine: You could try using the Wayback Machine (archive.org) to see if the document was archived when it was still accessible.
Unfortunately, if the documents have been permanently removed or migrated without updates, they might be difficult to retrieve. Hopefully, some of these options help you track down what you need!
