hi, i was waiting a response to release my  AP230 the serial number is 02301405210761 and i dont get any response, can you release the device so i can use it?

Hi Mauricio, thanks for reaching out about this AP. I was able to find the old records preventing you from adding that device to your old inventory. I've reached out to the previous owner to get permission to remove the old records, I'll let you know as soon as we've heard back from them.
