Could you help me release these AP from the previous cloud, it says: "A stake record of the device was found in the redirector."
The previous owner just found them in storage and then give them to me.

Hi Truong, thanks for checking in here. I did not receive any reply from the original owner, and have moved on to discussing this with the old account team. I'm still working out the details with them, but if they can't help us we'll move on to your  local sales team for assistance. Hi Truong, thanks for reaching out. I will need to get permission from the original owner before I can release these devices to a new inventory. I will email them directly after posting here and let you know when I hear back. There were two APs that didn't have any old records, if you're still having issues with the following two serial numbers, I would recommend rechecking the serial number to make sure there isn't a typo.
