ExtremeSwitching (EXOS)

I'm not sure if I'm in the right area to ask this question but wondering how well the Extreme series switches work with Cisco? We have a Cisco 9500 core and Cisco 9200 in the field. Can I stack extreme switches in my field and route the traffic through my core without any major concerns?

Extreme Networks switches support the same open standards for VLANs, Tagging, Routing(RIP, OSPF, Static routes) as Cisco.

This won't be a problem.
