    Hi,

    I recently got some second hand AP 230 from a client but the old IT company is unable/unwilling to release the AP's

    Is there anyway to release those? I can post/email the devices to prove that I have them.

    Hi Xander, thanks for letting us know. I was able to find the old records for these devices, but we will need permission from the original owner to remove the old records. I will reach out to them now to get that permission. If they don't get back to us after 3 check-in attempts, I'll move on to the old account team to see if they can provide any context that would allow us to remove the old records. If the account team can't help us, we'll need to reach out to your local sales team to ask for their help removing these old records. Please feel free to check in with me here any time for an update.

    Hi Xander, thanks for checking in, my apologies for the long wait on this thread. I was not able to get in touch with the original owner and the old account team can not assist us with this request, so we'll need to reach out to your local sales team for assistance. If you can let me know generally where you're located, I can find a local sales engineer to help you with this request.
