Hi Curtis,

I checked the document and you are right. The option modules are normally referred to as Type 1 rather than series 1 used there. For the sake of consistency i will change that document to be in line with normal terminology

So i just did a few minor edtis, moved the series 1 serial number section as i agree it works better up there and added a section on how to determine type from part number as well. I also just wanted to let you know that there is a feedback section at the bottom of each article that you can use to communicate with us on specific articles, good or bad , we need to hear both. These are closely monitored and actioned.

Thanks
Glyn

Thank you! That is a much better and informative article. I am much less confused about series, types, revisions, etc. I know GTAC is writing these in their "spare time" between calls so they do not have the time to do the level of research and writing it took to generate your article. If I may make a suggestion, move the note at the bottom about the series 1 serial numbers up to the Series 1 section.
