Does EWC internal captive portal limiting user name length? It does not accept last char of username "12345678910@misafir.artvin.edu.tr"

Hi Ron,

Unfortunately not an option. We have multiple username types: @https://mailto:artvin.edu.tr/@student.artvin.edu.tr etc. and need full username to be entered.

Rahman, you are correct - I've tried it with 9.21.01.0179 and get the same result.

As a workaround you'd use the User ID field or the description field to put in the full address of the user and only put the information before the @misafir.artvin.edu.tr in the user name field.
