Do you mean AP305C ? How do you manage it, XIQ, XIQ controller, XCC ? What do you mean with user profile ?Might be that a screenshot helps do better unterstand the issue.

Hi John,from what I'd see it's manually assigned in the network policy > device templateMakes sense to me as either you want 5&2.4 or 5&6 > in case you want to have all you'd need a more expensive AP with 3 radios (AP5010).
