While you may have proof a purchase, it was not from one of our registered resellers. For all we know, you could have purchased APs that were stolen without your knowledge.
We can try to verify where the devices are currently pointed and see if we get a confirmation that it is okay to release the devices. Please email our community moderator, Sam, at
[email protected] with these serial numbers and we will do what we can. Alternatively, if you have support, you can follow Christoph's suggestion and open a support ticket and GTAC will be happy to look into this for you.
