Access point gets ip address but it doesn’t respond to ping

Hi guys

 

my access point gets ip address but I can’t ping it and i can find it in arp table what could be the reason ?

Could you run a trace route to we can see exactly where the ping fails? The command for that would be:

tracert <IP address>

 

So if your gateway address was 10.10.10.2, the command would be: tracert 10.10.10.2

thank you sam for your response , icmp traffic is enabled and AP in the same sunbnet but i can't ping my gateway

Do you have ICMP traffic enabled on your network? Also, are you on the same subnet as the AP?
