Access Point temporarily full - 3 SSID's - 2 SSID's work, 1 states AP full

Unusual sudden situation - yesterday AP’s worked fine with 3 SSID’s broadcasting. Today (for the sake of terms) my “2nd” SSID will not let any clients join stating access point temporarily full.

For the radio profiles - no load balancing is set.

DHCP Leases have plenty of room.

Have reset AP’s in hopes of fix but no bueno.
