Hello Team,

I think my Aerohive manager license is expired.

I have two questions.

1. I bought 5 AP250s. Can I get a license key for use the Aerohive Manager?

2. As shown on the screen, I cannot access the manager site.

Should this be reinstalled?

I am sorry, I understand that, you don't read Korean, but you can catched what a happened.

Connect to console of Hivemanager and reboot or reboot via VMware-GUI. In both cases you need access to yout VMware host.

Hello Gunter,

Thank you for your reply.

Since you are using a private IP, I assume you have your own Hivemanager.

=> Yes, I have own Hivemanager.

 Can you ping your Hivemanager?

=> Yes. It's working.

Do you get a connection when you telnet to port 443?

=> Yes, it's connected.

telnet

Now, What I to do now? do you have any ideas for this.

How can I restart web service?

Thanks,

Since you are using a private IP, I assume you have your own Hivemanager. HTTP ERROR 404 means that the page does not exist or is not reachable. Can you ping your Hivemanager? Do you get a connection when you telnet to port 443?

I don't believe that your license has expired. If this would really be the case there must be a way to renew it via web-GUI.
