Aerohive MyHive Login no longer working, cant manage APs

Hello,

 

Looking for a bit of help and guidance please. 

We have an aerohive set-up and due to staffing changes this hasnt been looked after shall we say for a number of years (as its been working fine) now when I have gone with the details to try and sort something  through the old portal I 'am getting the message about it changing to extreme and this portal no longer working. Has anyone had similar and know how I can migrate onto extreme or if there is any way to get back into this? Hit a bit of a brick wall here.

You will have to contact Extreme support directly. Extreme made a unilateral change last year forcing all existing users to either pay into an extremely new subscription plan or migrate devices into a free account limited to 10 devices only.
