Hi Everyone,
I have taken over a site and very new to AeroHive. I have noticed that a couple of our switches despite functioning fine have lost CAPWAP connectivity to our Hive Manager Cloud Management Portal. I am unsure as to how to force them to re-establish connectivity short of rebooting it but that will obviously cause us some downtime.
I thought that it might have been related to a certificate that needed to be installed but reading through their documentation the problematic switches are on the appropriate HiveAgent version.
Any thoughts or suggestions that i can do?

If you have cli access, you can run the following to restart hiveagent to try to force connectivity:
application stop hiveagent
Then:
application start hiveagent

Please let me know if you are still unable to connect the switch using those steps.
