AP 630s that are dropping clients very frequently

We have new Aerohive 630s.  We are struggling with keeping clients connected.  I use a scanner and see the radios dropping out from time to time (not regular that I can tell) and then they come back. I also see that clients are connecting to APs in other room with much weaker signal that the APs close to them.  Any help

Im confused.  I saw a post asking netadmin to remove the lower rates, and he says its worse, but then the above post saying things are much better.  DId changing the lower rates to NA help? seems like it, but why then did you say it made matters worse?

That setting would still be in the Radio Profile, however it is not available in HiveManager Connect unfortunately.

We very recently (6 days ago?) got an update to the connect interface. Things look differently and a few things are in different places. So far I haven't found the beamforming, but I don' t know if it's because we have connect and it's not there or if I just haven't looked in the right place.

I'll keep at it, I suppose.
