ap230 cannot upgrade on hive manager

always failed, i try reset factory , but same failed. i also can't download image from download page . so who can help me to upgrade to lastest version

i solved this issue

i find another way to download image, 

ssh AP

then show logging buffer, the download link and username password will show below

https://cloud-jp.aerohive.com:443/afs-webapp/hiveos/images/AP230-10.0r7a.img.S admin VHM-FNGNVLHU password JmfFIrGevTmC6UP9mz9B.

I checked your user record and you should have download access in Hive Community. What version are the AP230s on currently?
