Current Hiveos Vision :6.4r1e

Device Update Failed in Hivemanager :

"The Aerohive device was unable to save the image to flash memory..."

I have an old AP230 with current HiveOS Vision :6.4r1d

Device Update Failed in XiQ on Premise : "The Aerohive device was unable to save the image to flash memory..."

Can you help me with this issue ?

This could be caused by that HiveOS is too old and still using the TLS 1.0 to connect to XIQ. TLS 1.0 was disabled on XIQ 2 years ago. 

You may need to download the HOS image (8.2rX or 10.0rX) from the Extreme portal, then use the AP GUI (NetConfig) or CLI (save image ...) to upgrade the image manually.
