AP230 Firmware

I’ve got an AP230 I used to use and now its been sitting for a couple years. Is there a way to update it to the latest firmware? Current version is 8.0r1.

Thanks for letting me know, that device should be free to add to your new inventory at this time. @Sam Pirok I’ve now setup a ExtremeCloud Connect account, but when I go to add the device, it says:

“The device appears to be in use by another VIQ”

When I try to sign into the MyHive where I used to manage this AP it says

“The license has expired, you need to get a new entitlement key.”

So now I’m stuck. Can you forcibly remove the device? SN:  02301407180262
