I have 6 APs I use the cloud version of HiveManager to, well, manage. I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden they all started being unresponsive. One-by-one. The units are still powered (switch shoes POE draw of just over 6W and LED light is RED/Amber), but I can't so much as even ping the unit.
If I power cycle them (disable the switch port and turn it back on) they are responsive for 3-5 minutes before becoming unresponsive again.

Would you be able to console in to one of these APs and grab tech data as soon as it has been power cycled, and then again once it becomes unresponsive in the HiveManager GUI? Also, when the APs become unresponsive, do you see them disconnect from the HiveManager at all? Finally, could you tell me what HiveOS version you are using?
Given the nature of the issue, I'd recommend getting tech data via the CLI. This guide goes over how to do this, for reference: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Collecting-Tech-Data-via-CLI
