I have sent an email requesting a temporary password and have asked our distributor to request a new license from AeroHive Manager

Hi Juan,

You would need to speak to your Reseller about entitlement purchases. You also can email Communityhelp@aerohive and ask for a 30 day Temp Key. I hope this was helpful.
