Can I require all administrator passwords to be changed every 90 days?

I'm sorry to say this is not currently a feature that we offer. I would recommend submitting this request through the feedback option in HiveManager (this looks like a chat bubble, on the right hand side of most screens in HiveManager, along with the question mark icon). This goes directly to our engineering team, so it's a way to submit a feature request directly to them. I'm sorry we couldn't be more helpful.

The regulator is requesting it. I'll submit it as a feature request.
