Can not add a AP130, SN is recognized but can not configure the AP as our internet goes through a proxy. We do not manage the proxy the local council does. What would be the best way to add the AP to Hive Manager?

Can not add a AP130, SN is recognized but can not configure the AP as our internet goes through a proxy. We do not manage the proxy the local council does. What would be the best way to add the AP to Hive Manager?

Hello, the AP would need to be able reach the redirector, so your local council would likely want to allow the aerohive domain. Ultimately we need to get traffic to the internet> redirector.aerohive.com> cloud.aerohive.com (this will change a bit depending on the RDC you are using).
