Can we get temporary key?

We too are getting "The license has expired, you need to get a new entitlement key". We are a school in New Zealand and service is paid for by the Ministry of Education. I am not getting a fast response, though the helpdesk have logged it. Is it possible to get a temporary key until they get their act together? VHM-8V65XD kirkwood.school.nz
