If you're referring to users who can see all cases within the account rather than only cases made in their name, your account currently does not have a super admin. If you'd like me to change one of the currently contacts to a super admin, please let me know and we'll take care of that for you. If you're asking who the default admin in your HiveManager is, if you can provide a VHM ID (Global Settings> VHM Management), I can tell you who the super admin is for that VHM.
