?our customer with MVS software contract tried to use new licence key bought at Dell.
The Hivemanager send error message with "the licence key already used".
How to proceed to fix this issue please?
It's urgent because the customer using trial version and will expire next.

To move a license from one HiveManager NG instance to another, you will need the assistance of Aerohive Technical Support. Please either open a case with them and attach that screen shot to the case, or give them a call so they can open a case for you.

new information.
The licence was used on one VM with appliance Hivemanager. The Appliance was moved on other VM and now the licence cannot be use. The question then is how to move the licence from one appliance to an other please?
