I am the new tech director for 5 schools, all using aerohive. New to aeorhive, sorry! One of my schools, Sheldon, has an expired license as we are still awaiting erate decision at the federal level. I've been told they can request a 30 or 60-day extension while we are in this holding pattern. But we cannot access Help to make that request. We only see "Welcome...license has expired...need to get a new entitlement key"
