Cannot Add AP to CloudIQ

When adding an AP to Extreme CloudIQ, we get this error:

12112102202660 - The device appears to be in use by another VIQ

How can I remove this device from the other VIQ?

Thanks for providing the serial number, that device should be free now. Could you try adding it one more time for me?
