Cannot connect to SSID with cloud ppsk

I followed the instruction:

Self Registration PPSK SSID in Hivemanager"

Everything worked fine, but when I use the key I get the error that I cannot connect to this network.

I also tried it with a local password db and then I can connect. But that's not an option because I want to use self registration, which only works with an cloud db.

Can you go into an AP and run the following:

show idm

show clock

exec _test tcp-service host 34.253.190.201 port 2083

Checking to see if there is a connection allowed to the IDM/PPSK server and redirector (the IP). Since local works my guess would be that a firewall is blocking the connection. Firewall rules can be found here: https://cloud.aerohive.com/support/Amsterdam.html
