Is has taken 24 hours but now we where finally able to onboard the devices. Thank you for your reply!

Would you be able to send some proof of purchase for these devices? Once we have that, we should be able to free these devices up for you. If you'd like to send that to me directly, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.

Those devices are removed by the old vendor but we are not able to onboard them.

Could you remove the conflicting records?
