Thank you for that screen shot. I think at this point you would want to contact your VAD to continue troubleshooting this issue. If you're unsure who to reach out to for your VAD, I can send you some contact information for your account.

Thanks for information from you.

  • I create account in user group "Configure> Users> Users" -> received sms. But i want WiFi-End-Users connect to PPSK-SSID with received credentials.

I tested in no firewall environment and furthermore the phone didn't receive sms. Can you support me remotely?
