I don't have any devices or templates associated with the policy I'm trying to remove (in my case named M13). Cannot really figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm attaching a screenshot and can provide any information needed. Thank you in advance.

Could you confirm all of your APs are fully updated and using different network policies? That message is indicating you still have a device using this network policy.

You are correct. That was the issue. Not all of the AP's were online, and one of them did use the policy. Thank you.
