Hello,
I just got a Aerohive 2024P and cant add it to my dashboard as it says device not supported. I read in the datasheets they are. How to i go about adding this to my account. I have already removed and disposed of my old switch and need this one up and running ASAP. I am not a business so dont have the money to “go and buy a newer model”

Hi turns out the seller has put the wrong model number down it is just the normal 2024 (8port PoE).
im guessing that the only way to configure it is using CLI and there is no on box web gui for it. If that’s the case I’ll most likely return it.

SR2024 is not supported by XIQ, but SR2024P is supported. Are you sure the device model is SR2024P instead of SR2024?
