Hello! We have a switch SR2208P. How to reset the default settings on this switch and connect it to the cloud? Is there a guide for the initial connection to Hive Manager? I absolutely can not find any information about this.

Hi, we are currently using the HiveManager NG on premise VM, build 11.21.0.1. We would like to upgrade to the latest version, is there any way to do the upgrade ourselves?

I'm not sure if I have complete admin access to the VM as I can't find certain settings like smtp server of upgrade options. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Many thanks!
