Hi
I have 3 switches that has not been reporting into HiveManager for some time
To try to get the devices to reconnect, we moved them to unmanaged, removed from the console and then re-enrolled.
The switch appears now in the monitoring list as "HOSTNAME"
When I try to deploy to it I get the error:
"The requested operation cannot be performed because the selection contains at least one unmanaged device. Be sure that all selected devices appear in the table of managed devices and have active CAPWAP connections to HiveManager before attempting the operation. If the affected devices do not appear as managed devices and make a CAPWAP connection to HiveManager within 30 minutes, try deleting, and then re-adding the devices."
So I think maybe the device is unmanaged, so I select the device, click 'Action' , 'Change Management Status', and change to 'Managed'
At this point is tells me "Cannot change device admin state to MANAGED because you have reached the maximum device number"
But as far as I can tell I am under my licences allocation, and the device previously had a licence assigned to it
I have a total of 114 licences.
The monitoring list shows 119 devices, 3 (the switches) are now un-managed, and 6 are atoms, so I'm using 112 licences but it say's I'm using 114.
Is there a way to see which licences are in use with which device?
I have the list of monitored devices, but there aren't enough devices in the monitoring list to account for al the licences. Is there anywhere I can see which licences assignments make up the 114?
Thanks
Darren

Darren,
I'm not overly fluent in the new HM GUI, but it sounds like you are using 114 licenses.
119 total devices
3 in unmanaged leave 116 in managed
6 ATOM APs = 2 total licenses consumed (1 per 3 Atoms IIRC)
116 - 2 = 114 consumed device licenses.
