Hello, this is an interrupted connection message. Could you run a client monitor to see what part of the connection is failing? This will help narrow down our troubleshooting steps.

If you are using HiveManager classic (myhive.aerohive.com), to run a client monitor we want to go to Tools> Client Monitor> New. Enter the MAC address of the client device we are trying to connect with, using no delimiters. Then click Add. Make sure the box next to the MAC address under ā€œFilter Probeā€ is checked so we can see only the authentication process. Then click ā€œStartā€ next to the MAC address and wait for this to change to ā€œStopā€ before trying to connect again.

If you are using HiveManager (formerly NG), you'll want to go to Tools> Client Monitor> Enter the MAC address of the Client device> Troubleshoot Now> Select the AP(s) this client will be connecting to> Run.
