Hello, this is an interrupted connection message. Could you run a client monitor to see what part of the connection is failing? This will help narrow down our troubleshooting steps.

If you are using HiveManager classic (myhive.aerohive.com), to run a client monitor we want to go to Tools> Client Monitor> New. Enter the MAC address of the client device we are trying to connect with, using no delimiters. Then click Add. Make sure the box next to the MAC address under “Filter Probe” is checked so we can see only the authentication process. Then click “Start” next to the MAC address and wait for this to change to “Stop” before trying to connect again.

If you are using HiveManager (formerly NG), you'll want to go to Tools> Client Monitor> Enter the MAC address of the Client device> Troubleshoot Now> Select the AP(s) this client will be connecting to> Run.
