Hi, Our IT Director has left the company and he was the super user/admin for the account, his email address was adam.koleda@bpl-global.com, however we would like this changed to support@bpl-global.com, so that we do not have this issue again. We can log into the account as him, but we can not see how to make another account the admin account. We have created the support account already, but this user is not a super admin. What are we missing? We would like to remove his account from the portal.

There are a few different ways we can go about this, depending on how the HiveManager is set up currently. Could you provide the VHM ID (Help>About HiveManager) so I can see how we're set up now? If you'd rather share this with me directly, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.
