Device Update failed error on multiple access points

We've tried to update some AP-121 to the latest version of HiveOS, but the update fails and we receive the following error: "Device update Failed".

Rebooting and pushing a complete configuration before update, doesn't solve the issue.

Hi Sam,

 

We have an AP121 on 6.0r2b and having similar issue with update failed. Would you be able to send me the firmware file required so it becomes manageable on HiveManager?

HiveManager (formerly NG) didn't come out until we were using HiveOS version 6.5r3, so devices need to be on this version or later in order to work properly with HiveManager. If they are on older HiveOS versions and you're still having this issue, we'd want to open a technical support case so we can get a root cause analysis going. In the mean time, I've emailed you the firmware files you requested, please let me know if I can help with anything else.
