If you can show us the sales order showing that you purchased the device, and we can prove that it is indeed a hardware failure, then we can process the RMA for you. If you purchase support for your devices, we can provide an RMA. If you cannot show proof of purchase, and you have no support, then we are unable to proceed with the RMA.
